How to Prepare Before Spray Tanning

One of the most important steps you need to take when planning for spray tanning is to well prepare before you do. A lot of people underestimate the importance of preparing before spray tanning, but that's how you get bad experience.

Your spray tan will last depending on how well you prepared for it, and a lot of people wonder "what can I do to prepare for spray tanning?". It's easy, make sure you exfoliate yourself completely is step one. This will help remove a layer of dead skin from the surface of your body and allow the spray tan to reach your skin. You have to also make sure you're not wearing any makeup, perfumes or deodorant. These products will create a layer on your skin and will prevent the spray from reaching it. When you finished spray tanning, be sure to wear loose clothes even if you dried yourself with a towel, this is necessary because directly after spray tanning, the spray tan is still removable and wearing anything tight will give you a spotty look by wiping off some of the tan in some areas. Also if you want to shave your legs, better do it before you spray tan because removing the hair will remove some of the tan itself especially if you use a product with a bronzer. However, if you use a clean product then you don't have to worry about this situation because it's unlikely to happen.
